Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to 2 people in a one bedroom apartment and 4 people in a two bedroom apartment.
Parking
The parking is for use by tenants and guests only. Each tenant 16 or older is allowed to park one car in the parking lot. Guests who are visiting for more than 3 days need to register their vehicle with the manager. Recreational vehicles (boats, RVs, ATVs) cannot be stored in the parking lot. Vehicles parked in the lot must be operable and have current vehicle registration. Vehicles that do not belong to a tenant or a guest will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Garbage
The following items must not be placed in the garbage container or in the garbage area: Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint, other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricant/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum-contaminated soil, building material, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids, furniture, A/C units or lamps.

All tenants share walls and ceiling or floor with their neighbors. We don’t allow amplified musical instruments or percussion. Tenants are also expected to adhere to the rental agreement. Specifically related to noise is section 22.
Smoke Alarms
Tenants are responsible for maintaining smoke alarm batteries as needed. Failure to do so could result in a fine of up to $250 per violation and possible termination of tenancy. This is a safety issue, and it’s extremely important.
Maintenance
Tenants are responsible to report maintenance needs in a timely manner. If a tenant fails to report maintenance needs that result in further damage, the tenant may be held responsible for those damages. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the light bulb outside their front door.
