Frequently asked questions:
Q: Do you have any apartments available?
A: All available apartments are posted on our home page.
Q: I keep calling the phone number but nobody answers. How do I get ahold of somebody?
A: Most of the time I am unable to answer the phone when it rings. If you leave a message, I’ll call you back. I never call back random phone numbers that don’t leave a message. The best way to reach me, and get a timely response is via TXT.
Q: Will you have a 1 or 2 bedroom available 3 months from now?
A: Tenants only give me 30 days notice when they are moving out. It can take up to a month to get a vacant apartment ready to rent. So I only know about availability in about the next 30-60 days.
Q: Can I have a cosigner?
A: Sure. The same application and application fee are needed for your cosigner. Please be sure your cosigner meets the selection criteria.
