Frequently asked questions

Q: Do you have any apartments available?

A: All available apartments are posted on our home page.

Q: What does it take for my application to be approved?

A: Please refer to our screening and selection policy.

Q: What does a 1 br or 2 br apartment rent for?

A: We do not expose what our current tenants pay in rent. The rental market is constantly changing and we price our units based on current market conditions. When we have availability, it will be clear what the rent is for our available units.

Q: Do you maintain a wait list?

A: No. It may be months, even years, before we have another vacancy.

Q: I keep calling the phone number but nobody answers. How do I get ahold of somebody?

A: The best way to reach me is via TXT. My phone number is at the top of the page. Most questions are answered here on this website. Please read the materials here to see if your questions are answered.

Q: Will you have a 1 or 2 bedroom available 3 months from now?

A: Tenants only give me 30 days notice when they are moving out. It can take up to a month to get a vacant apartment ready to rent. So I only know about availability in about the next 30-60 days.

Q: I changed the battery in my smoke alarm, but it still makes noise. Is it defective?

A: If the smoke alarm continues to occasionally beep after a battery change, do the following:

  1. Disconnect the power from the back of the smoke alarm.
  2. Remove the battery from the smoke alarm.
  3. Press and hold the test button for 30 seconds. The smoke alarm may make noise while doing this.
  4. Replace battery and reconnect power to the smoke alarm.   If the smoke alarm continues to make noise after following the above process, please submit a maintenance request.
