Frequently asked questions
Q: Do you have any apartments available?
A: All available apartments are posted on our home page.
Q: What does it take for my application to be approved?
A: Please refer to our screening and selection policy.
Q: I keep calling the phone number but nobody answers. How do I get ahold of somebody?
A: Most of the time I am unable to answer the phone when it rings. If you leave a message, I’ll call you back. I never call back random phone numbers that don’t leave a message. The best way to reach me, and get a timely response is via TXT.
Q: Will you have a 1 or 2 bedroom available 3 months from now?
A: Tenants only give me 30 days notice when they are moving out. It can take up to a month to get a vacant apartment ready to rent. So I only know about availability in about the next 30-60 days.
Q: I changed the battery in my smoke alarm, but it still makes noise. Is it defective?
A: If the smoke alarm continues to occasionally beep after a battery change, do the following:
- Disconnect the power from the back of the smoke alarm.
- Remove the battery from the smoke alarm.
- Press and hold the test button for 30 seconds. The smoke alarm may make noise while doing this.
- Replace battery and reconnect power to the smoke alarm. If the smoke alarm continues to make noise after following the above process, please submit a maintenance request.
